Join Karina on Thursday evenings for some Cardio Tennis! Cardio Tennis combines a work out and tennis so you won't even realise you're working hard. All playing standards are welcome. Our next course will start on Thursday 14 September and is from 7 - 8pm.  Proportionate prices available as course progresses.

Six week, beginners course which will concentrate on basic technique and doubles tactics/positioning.  Everything you need to get started!  The next course will start on Friday 17 November and lessons last 90 minutes.   Course costs £54 for members and £72 for non-members.

Karina's course for intermediate adults who are looking to progress their game.  There will be technical and tactical coaching mainly aimed at improving doubles play and positioning.   The next course will start on Thursday 16 November  from 6 - 7pm.  

These sessions are designed for some of the more advanced players in the club, especially those in the Mens A and B teams.
