ADULT DRILLS
Jason runs two drills sessions on Thursday evenings, each session costs £4 for members & £6 for non-members: :
7 - 7.45pm: This session is for hard hitters - for safety reasons please check with Jason which group you should attend!
7.45 - 8.30pm: This session is for medium pacers.
