100+ TOURNAMENT 2009

12 pairs with ages adding up to over 100 (some quite hard to believe!)competed in our 2009 One Hundred Plus Tournament. After a really enjoyable afternoon of tennis, Steve, Mandy, Ann and Bill played an entertaining final whilst the rest of us enjoyed another great tea (provided by the Social Committee). The holders finally retained their title with a 6-3 victory and thus won the right to use the walking stick for another year! Thanks very much to Guy and the tournament committee for organising another great afternoon. |
